I love the job and the people but leaders sometimes don't know how to talk/communicate with other adults. Any questions or concerns I have it always take over a week to get a yes/no answer...communication is the key

The pay scale can be better and leader can take leadership training

Yes I feel undervalued and my compensation should be paid to me my full 40% for waking night shift even on holidays pto etc

The base pay is below average for my job experience wking night shift 40% should be a diffentical not a incentive when taking pto you should receive all perks that goes along with the job
