Regardless of the company's current financial issues, we desperately need to change to culture on the floor. Communication issues, unclear job requirements, and micromanagement have turned this place into a pressure cooker that will go off when the incentives leave.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The entire system has NO communication. It makes everything frustrating, We need to invest in more radios and teams
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because there is no clear way to move up or get a raise, I have no idea how to do better. I am happy to earn my compensation if given instructions or even check boxes
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Morale is bad because we don't recognize and reward someone for doing the right thing. Icebreakers is one thing but to have managers walk up and reward people you will only have negative reinforcement and resentment for it.
