I truly love my job, can something get better sure but what job is perfect. I'm able to take care of my children and enjoy life a little that's all because of my job. so, with that been said I am thankful.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I think we work for a good company. But how ever I do feel like they need to take care of there employes more its so hard with the cost of living going up and so many people only make 15.75 and we have to wait 6 months to get a raise. As soon as you use pto your incentive is cut in half or taken

That would have to be my team.

really not sure.. feel like leadership can do better

working with my team, and everyone on the team working together.

sometime just saying good job goes along way. I feel like my pay should reflect my job I do

I don't feel undervalued just feel as if how hard I work every day that the pay could be a little better.

that I get to work with a group of people that really appreciate how much I give into my job and they give just as much.

I love my team. They are one of the reasons I am still here. They work hard for me every day and i work just as hard for them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that the people we have now in the upper office (HR) see how hard were working on the floor and they are trying to make a difference for us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyday no matter what's going on my team and myself push through it and get our number or get close to it. one thing about my team is they have my back and I have theirs. we all work really hard.
