Been with company right at full year.I've had my days where just wanted to quit,but didn't because really a nice job.Just need few things to get better around here.But overall everything is good,had few run ins when first started,since things have gotten better.

Company could show employees more appreciation,shouod talk to employees more to see what can be done to make things better.Theirs to many people in charge l,dint know who is who.
