It's been a roller coaster of experiences. Company policies are so fragile and never in the best interest of good employees.

I don't think they take care us like employees. They think in us like numbers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I am the one who earnsthe least in my area and I am sure they I work very hard to deserve a better pay per hour
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The demotivation is due to the injustices that can be seen every day. They should put more pressure on the less productive workers and not on the productive ones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work I do is very important, and I don't feel fairly compensated when I see new employees earning more than me because they receive a benefit I can no longer have.
