It has been a great introduction to the industry, and I could potentially see myself working here for a long time, assuming the price is right. At the rate I am currently being paid, I could not see myself working here for much longer considering the amount and quality of the work I do for the org.

I like that there is transparency when it comes to upcoming challenges for the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Setting clear expectations for individual employees and lines, rather than sharing the projected sales for the year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The "summer incentive" seems good on the surface, but it ultimately ends in people being paid less for the work they do. As we move and improve as a company, it stands to reason we pay a higher rate for the higher quality work we come to expect.
