Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I really enjoyed working here when I first started but the last few years the culture has changed to become very toxic in my opinion. The company itself is great but the supervisors and management have gotten out of control.

Employee appreciation weeks, Provided dinners often and Bonuses

What are some of the best things about your team?

They're all funny hardworking people who strive to do their best

What are some of the best things about your team?

Friendly, Caring, most of them are productive and follow the company's guidelines.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Expecting impossible workloads while being severely understaffed. Assigning irrelevant tasks that impede productivity.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Understaffed and pay needs to be increased especially to keep up with economic inflation

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Expected to do tasks alone that in reality requires 2 or 3 people with no extra compensation for the increased workload.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Overworked, Underpaid, NON STOP Mandatory overtime with no plan from leadership team to get out of the hole that's requiring all the overtime.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Understaffed with individual people filling the roles that require more staff and not being compensated extra for the added workload. Ex. 1 person operating multiple machine centers in a single shift that should be individually manned. No incentive for providing on the job training to new hires.
