There needs to be more employee appreciation from Supervisors, managers etc.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
coworkers need to work, be more of team members and working together to get the job done. But we can't do that if we don't have support from the supervisors and managers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
working on making the workplace a better and positive workplace is the only way that this can be done to improve the quality of life at work. There are so much drama from work relationships, Coworker drama, And sometimes management not doing their job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to be assertive and making work more positive and worth coming to work. They need to show more employee appreciation in order to retain people on their team. Sometimes they make it seem more like it's about production and getting a number Rather than being open to other solution
