I do appreciate the schedule and most of the people. The work ks challenging at times and chill at times. The benefits are amazing and the office staff is great.

The team as a whole under the managers are life family. I feel we all pull together as a whole for each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I honestly feel the starting pay is low for anywhere around us. Alot od us do not get childcare perks so our pay is drasticly reduced from ones doing similar jobs. If we have an emergency we lose a healthy chunk of weekly pay. Thats just really hard. However i do appreciate and enjoy my job
