My position is grossly underpaid for the work they expect.

Understaffed, overworked, underpaid, no morale, de-humanized, the list goes on.

Pay, changing my entire position to something I wasn't hired for and expecting me to just change and go with it with no thought to incentive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our building is run and has been run several times by myself and one other employee, regardless of how overwhelmed we get, the amount of work there is, if we're sick, or if we need help period.
