Big company will small company feel. Most of the people who work here are invested and that makes a big difference.

Helping Hoshizaki be more involved/visible in our industry by attending conferences, networking, and promoting Hoshizaki products.

They are engaged and have pride in what they do. Driven to do new things and better than before.

I love seeing things happen - and the efforts of our work positively effecting the company and employees in general.

They care about the individual as much as the company goals which is creating a new, better, and more productive culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus structure is good. I was recently promoted and believe my new salary to be more in line with my position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are growing and evolving which is important. Willing to listen to every employee as anyone can have a great idea.

I like the bonus payments, of course, but I feel like HR and my boss have worked with me to make sure my base salary is competitive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like we are working to create a more inclusive and supportive culture by changing how we do things to better fit our growing company and the next generation workforce, but it is taking some time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all motivated towards the same goals and willing to do what it takes to make things happen. I also like that we are willing to make change happen. Processes and procedures need to be updated in order for us to grow as a company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have seen lower level employees offered salaries very close to mine. Although I have gotten a raise, I believe the median salary for my position is about 45% higher. I would like to see a comp plan and growth opportunities to know that I'm on the radar.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are working on many small things that will have a great overall effect on the company. Striving for best company to work for is not just an award or ribbon, but an achievement for every person in the company. This goal is not just for the bottom line but for the employees - which ends up the same
