Leadership is hands on when need be. Leaders also give fantastic training and support. My leaders care about each employee and are always excited to bring in new hires.

Working with my teammates on the Talent Acquisition team and the wonderful Managing Directors of each region. They make me feel valued and appreciated and are always cheering me on!

I love the 401k matching up to 4% - I also love the work from hoe flexibility and the high base and quarterly bonuses - i wish we had a better pto policy

My team makes me the most happy. I miss them when I am out of PTO. I also love my job because I am paid more than I could have ever imagined for myself at this age. I feel grateful to be here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how we have offices in 60 city locations around the world. It is amazing to be able to visit other MW locations. Everyone here is sharp, energetic, and kind. I love our fun culture and joining teams for happy hours and events.

The Talent Acquisition team in the Americas is driven, energetic, and charismatic. We take care of each other and celebrate each other's wins. We are always pushing for another time we can meet in person as a team since we live all around the country. We have become great friends.
