I've been at Informatica 1 year to date and it is the best place I have worked. Apart from that one summer in my childhood where I worked in an ice-cream van.

Enjoyable challenging work, speaking to interesting people and friends in the office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is the best part. The bonus is very small in comparison as our my RSU's.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Informatica is the most inclusive company I have worked for. The Culture specifically in the Dublin office is amazing. That is thanks to a few dedicated individuals who constantly organise events. It would be great to have more attendance in that brilliant space.
