Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Coming into my tenth year I am still challenged by the changing external market conditions. I enjoy what I do each day and surrounded by really good similar minded people as well.

Seeing my Manager online (off shore) and Colleagues (online, in person). I enjoy the 2-3 day hybrid model and make use of my Sydney office.
