The work I do, being successful in what I do and achieve daily. Knowing I have a great relationship with my manager and team.

There is an open dialogues with leadership and all Informatica employees. I feel like we are given the opportunity to have our voices heard regularly.

Everyone is always willing to help each other out whether big or small. There is great morale among the team and we all get along in general aside from just the work relationship.

Informaticas culture is one that fosters inclusivity and innovation. You feel seen and heard by all stakeholders in the business. My manager supports me daily and also my long term career aspirations and goals.

Being part of a team that genuinely enjoy working together. Having a Manager that trusts and believes in me and gives me the opportunity to excel. Working with colleagues that are equally passionate about the work they do.

My team is extremely supportive, we work together to drive business outcomes and ensure each one of us support one another when needed. My team are always coming up with new ideas and ways to improve processes and do better which is really inspiring.
