The lack of knowledge, boundaries, and respect is consistently alienating.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Redundancies redulting from lack of training/knowledge, ownership, accountability amd time wasters like surveys that are rarely actioned, and the inefficiencies of our diversity and inclusion team stemming from lack of knowledge and qualifications.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening, empowering, providing training and actioning communicated initatives such as diversity and inclusion. Our diversity and inclusion department continues to exclude, and alienate others to a point it's feels like I'm watching an SNL skit.
