The best part is that it Determines the Going Rate. The point is clear here is that if we work hard we will be paid well.
What makes you most happy at work?
The way we approaches the solution to the problems, since we discuss the solution with the team and we get many ideas and so it is worth discussion, that makes me most happy here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager and my leadership team keep me posted about my role of mine and so it is easy for me to work on the role I am supposed to do since the role is clear and so it is good to be a part of the wonderful team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like a family to me, we support each other and especially if I blocked on any bugs, they would be always ready to help me out. They give value to my personal time, if I am off due to some personal reasons, they won't disturb me during those times.
