Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite being promoted and receiving positive feedback during the appraisal meeting, I didn't feel satisfied with the hike percentage as it wasn't as good as I had hoped for i fell like i am underpaid and now responsibilities got increased with less salary.
