I feel my team is the most positive thing. Very supportive and joyful people. Having lunch together and some tea time is the best.

The way they make use of quarterly All In Hands meetings to replenish the company's goal and make you feel like a part of integrity.

The feeling of belongingness. Each time a good task makes me feel I am contributing to a very important part and learning new things each time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very joyful, I feel much more relaxed working around them as compared to working from home. My team is very responsive to any query at any time of the day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the contribution, I am making versus the pay I am getting is not fully balanced. The job description says it's a 5-day - 8hrs job which is not at all true. The work-time balance is not fare.
