I enjoy working for Informatica. There is always something new to learn or challenge myself with. My organization is still young with you newer leadership. This can be challenging at times. Managers do not discuss future goals and they do seem to promote their friends or people they have known.

The executive Leadership team is very open with where the company is going and setting goals to get there.

Our team works on a team quota. If one of us is struggling closing deals, there is always someone who will offer to help.
