Its been 3 years i am in informatica, I was the senior most resource when i joined as SSE, with my work and passion i have done a lot of enhancement to the process and product. The Management has recognized the work i have done and provided a very good career growth

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary for the role of principal engineer is bellow the average pay for this role, i was there in the team from its initial inception in Bangalore. I hope the compensation gets normalized soon
