They are understanding and very helpful at the time of crisis.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not excited about goging to work as to office because pertty comfortable in staying at home doing the work without going to office. Which is 100 percent possible. BUt in future can go to office too but mostly i am happy on the day when there are less meetings, interactions(iamnotapeopleperson) more.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Very less words to describe but cultutre is bettern in some teams and in others it is not even the hr's also just listne and nothing is done at last company itself wants to make money even if they are bad in behavior to employee even this survery will get positive feedback only.
