The team has few people who are super friendly and you can always go to them and have a discussion about any query and they are always ready to help
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I do a lot of work in the background but do not get the required recognition and compensation. There are no clear answers I get related to promotions as well.
