My experience at Informatica has been great so far. I feel very welcomed and accepted. I meet with my manager and "supervisor" one-on-one weekly, and this has helped me grow in my role. I feel challenged yet confident in my job duties. Overall, I feel very lucky and happy to be working here.

I really enjoy a lot of the work I do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid very fairly for the job I do. The employer 401k match is great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Informatica creates a very welcoming environment. This was integral to me feeling comfortable and happy when I first started.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very approachable. I joined the company this year, and I have had more than one meeting with leadership, specifically Graeme, at this point. There is an emphasis put on getting to know the employees and understanding their needs and thoughts how the company can improve.
