imo the company is not to big nor too small. Lots of change mean also lots of adaption to the new challenges and the changing market conditions - thats good and bad (if you got hit) - but standing still is no option. I am happy as I like change it supports my red DNA. I am at the right place I feel.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Informatica has an open culture, people count and the culture is driven from top-down. Diversity is on the agenda but not a 100% mandate - still best hire counts - that's different in other companies and very often lead to a "just hire to satisfy diversity numbers" which pulls down the acceptance
