The last five years have been a heck of a ride. Even though the bull keeps bucking I'm hoping to be here another five years at least. :)

INFA has been great to me these past six years. There have been ups and downs but I certainly wouldn't have done it differently given the choice.

Appreciate the mix of RSUs, Bonus, and Base salary.

I love that the team regularly comes together to support each others work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The key leaders that I work with do genuinely care and that inspires me to push harder and higher.

I appreciate that even though they're tasked with unsavory decisions at time they try their best to lead with humanity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a small but mighty team. My boss, my team, and my direct colleagues are what keep me at INFA.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've gone out of my way to foster strong relationships with my colleagues and as a result it lifts my spirits regularly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they're relatable and that I'm in a position where I get to see their personal side. I do wish others got to see that though.
