What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Time off is encouraged. Flexible working hours are allowed when needed. I am not micromanaged on time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Accessibility. I believe that I could send an email or schedule a meeting with upper management if I felt it was necessary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I am making less money than I could be making because I have stayed with Informatica for years. I would be making more money if I left for different companies and came back.
