Overall, I’ve had a positive experience working with Informatica; it certainly has a few strengths to date.However, recent steps taken by the company are reducing employee trust, few examples are - recent layoffs, cuts to year-end leaves, restrictions on morale expense claims and little to no hike

Leadership could improve by being more transparent with decisions and goals, ensuring employees are well-informed and aligned with the company's direction. Additionally, focusing on supporting employee growth alongside company growth is essential for long-term success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation in Canada is much lower than in the US for similar roles,despite similar or higher living costs.Addressing this disparity with a more equitable approach,rather than just citing 'market standards' would show that the company values its employees across regions and boost their motivation.
