Everyone is willing to collaborate and help each other. The culture is very innovative as well

The Informatica team is very collaborative. I always see people volunteering to help others and people are willing to go above and beyond
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have had friends in similar roles who work at other vendors/partners in the data management space that have significantly higher OTE at lower level positions. Compensation needs to be increased accordingly
