We have a great opportunity in the market and lots of good people working hard. However, the management and leadership is very poor and adds no value, which is very disappointing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of the team have a good sense of humour.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Developing a stronger cloud adoption strategy and execution. Creating a culture of open feedback and action.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have no clear strategic direction in the location region and we are reactionary and panicked every week, month and quarter.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Generally speaking we get on well as a team of peers and lots of people do try to get to a positive outcome.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our base salaries are below market levels and we have eroded the sales commission over the years on the basis that we have a mature IDMC platform. In reality, key areas of IDMC like CDGC still need several releases for market maturity.
