I realise this is part of a company growing but it now feels like we have transitioned from a company that i am proud to work for, into a company that does not care at all about its employees. Frankly, if another job came along that offered similar compensation, i would consider it.

Great sense of teamwork, everyone is incredibly helpful and empathetic.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are 100% full on committed to a Cloud journey and forgetting about the 1000s of customers who have not gone on a Cloud journey
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Think about your employees and don't be so quick to follow the RIF bandwagon maybe ? Don't describe leavers as "dead to me" if they go to competition, and then welcome them back as boomerang... Stop shedding crocodile tears for leavers.
