Ive really enjoyed my time here so far but being in a specific country means the only real advancement opportunity is moving to US or another company. However moves to US seem to be almost non-existent.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like sense of achieving, winning with customers and of course adding value.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Overall I like the communications at Qtr end and messaging as well as the focus on employee morale and satisfaction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
low level of hierarchy and plenty of collaboration across teams. Regions lack enough scaled resources and people often multitasking/over worked and working late.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Intent to be the best place to work is there as well as some good execution but more to be done in the regions please.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Im ok with overall level but believe in regions we lack any of the additional benefits many tech companies offer ie regular wellness benefits, discounts or negotiated rates on things like car parking, internal food/drinks etc etc
