Friendly, open style of communication. Emphasize the culture that we have, and that we hire/retain people that contribute to a great culture.

Friendly, collaborative. Nobody looking to point blame, any issues that come up are resolved with 'how can we solve this as a team'
What makes you most happy at work?
The pace - stay busy but not 'hair on fire' busy. Also like that the work I do/efforts I put in become visible and go live in a short period of time - weeks or months, not multiple months or years.
