I enjoy the mission and the product I support. We use amazing data insights to drive our roadmap and we are empowered to execute on the roadmap in ways that make sense. We aren't bogged down by too much documentation and debate and we're able to build a product that our customers love.

I joined this company from Google because I wanted to make meaningful product impact. Smartsheet gives me that, I push code multiple times a week and deliver completed projects multiple times a quarter.

Being able to solve complex and interesting problems.

Overall our comp is on track with other tech firms.

Other than the no ego mentality we do a great job of celebrating our wins.

The problems we work on are with good tech and are typically not the same thing twice.

Overall it's a great compensation, the RSU grants are great and the company bonus exceeds what I've had at other firms.

We have open discussions about the things that matter most and overall people aren't afraid to take care of their mental space.

Overall the leadership team focuses on the human element and the ownership of a given feature. I like that I'm empowered to execute on the goals of our organization.

The people are the number 1 reason I come to work each day. Creative smart no ego people are crucial to the day to day and we have that in large quantities.

My team and our org at large feels like a truly close community. We have regular happy hours there is no ego in a design review, it is one team moving forward together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership is extremely invested in our engineering projects. Our CEO has been on my teams Demos and provided valuable and meaningful feedback. This isn't the typical placation I've seen at other firms, it's very involved.
