Always salary first, but I believe in this company, and I'm really pumped on the stock as a result.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all superheros. Not a single one does only the minimum. We all go above and beyond, and that feeling permeates the team and creates great results.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've never been a part of a company where leaders actually care about employees and treat them as more than numbers. Maybe that's just bad past companies, but I really appreciate how much empathy is valued here.
