I think everyone is very honest and accepting. I feel very comfortable working and sharing my thoughts/ feelings

I've worked with many different teams and on many different teams. I think everyone is extremely authentic, honest, and hardworking. My peers push me to be better!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think as a whole the company should review the compensation of many roles/ individuals. I don't always think everyone is paid at market value. I think Smartsheet is an incredible product and I love my coworkers and the companies values but we should review compensation.
