Right now, I feel like I do more work than some of the managers on our team

Not being clique-y and actually taking time to talk rather than only contacting each other when we need something.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an effort made occasionally to improve culture on a high level, but with things being so busy within my specific team it rarely gets prioritized.
