It has been hectic, fun, stressful, enjoyable and all other sorts of emotions but all in a positive way. I have never felt so supported, bought in and valued in any other role. The people I work with can brighten up my day in a matter of seconds. Not sure what else to say, I'm happy her.

They are very transparent with where we are at, what we are doing to get better and where we want to be. They give people the space to operate freely and own our roles.

It is fast paced. There is always something that can be done and exciting challenges to solve. But at the same time, if you need a break or to take a step back for a while, you are empowered to do so.
