I've been highly impressed with the people I work with and they have lived up to my expectations coming into Smartsheet. I can't say the same for senior leadership - I have been disappointed in their lack of transparency and trust in us and expected much better - I'm concerned for our future

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I had no complaints and assumed the leadership team was great until they decided to bring on Dennis Durkin to the board which was simply the wrong decision and extremely harmful to our culture and values and makes me question all of their other decisions and motives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people at smartsheet are above average and are very respectful, supportive, inclusive and caring. But it seems lately that senior leadership is actively trying to destroy this. I hope they change course and get back in alignment with our company values and do what's right.
