Despite high hopes entering the corporate arena, I have never seen such a disorganized workplace - especially since we drive efficiency for customers. Completely disparate tools, siloed departments, duplicative work, and disengaged support teams make it frustrating. No transparency from upper mgmt.

I (female) make less than the men on my team despite having more experience, time in seat, and driving better results.

My team is incredibly bright, engaged, and a joy to be around. Our hiring process looks at the right behaviors and skills.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fair pay, and better benefits again. Compensation plan is unbelievably complex w/ no transparency. Signed a legally binding contract to get paid out on commission, and commission team couldn't get Captivate IQ working so payment is severely incorrect and has been deferred to next month for everyone.
