From what I've seen, they're very personable. They remember conversations and seem to care about their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. As I mentioned, everyone is willing to help out and support. This creates a culture of empathy and kindness.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my role at Smartsheet is very unpaid compared to the industry average. An overall increase in compensation would be a way to retain employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is down to earth and opening to supporting and collaborating. I have not talked to a single person, regardless of role, that has treated me like I am beneath them. Everyone is willing to help each other out.
