I used to love working at this company. There were always learning opportunities and really smart people but over the years the quality of the product has decreased, top employees have left and there have been significant leadership changes.

The company can listen to their front line employees and customers

Thinking before acting. They seem to roll out changes that quickly get walked back and don't think through the repercussions of that

My team in particular is made up of smart and driven individuals. I cannot say this for all teams and/or cross functional teams however

There are pockets of people who make working at the company worthwhile. These people are transparent and recognize the pain points we all face
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid market rate. Not having to pay out of pocket for healthcare. Supporting employees with the resources they need to achieve the goals set by the company.
