I've seen us grow from 600 and 1 office to having offices on 3 continents and nearly 2k employees. Our leadership has handled the growth well. Biggest challenges are ahead, navigating what it takes to be an inclusive workplace. I hope our mostly white leadership team can an example in our industry.

Succeeding as a team with my colleagues. Individual successes are great, but it's more fun when we're all succeeding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the remote work is still a big part of how we work and hire. It feels like the company respects and values my time and trusts me to get my work done
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It feels like our leadership team is doing their best to balance the demands of being a growing, publicly traded company alongside the stresses the pandemic has placed on employees and customers. Communication doesn't feel too corporate-y, yet.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Smartsheet is beginning to think about what it means to be an inclusive workplace and seeing inclusivity as not just a person's gender identity or ethnicity but as the whole spectrum of who a person is so they can bring their full self to work. Still waiting to hear sales leadership address it tho.
