People engage in positive ways with each other, even (or especially) if it is a feedback or planning session. In other companies, those can be contentious.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was open and conversational though I think that was primarily driven by my own conversational style which allowed people to be more open. Interviews are either a great conversation or they are a tedious experience, generally-speaking.
