I've had a good experience at Smartsheet. I would like to see a much more competitive benefits package offered (i.e. 401k match, longer paid parental leave, better medical plan, HSA account). The culture and overall workplace positive and would want to stay more long term if benefits were Improved.

I enjoy the flexibility and relaxed culture on my team. It seems to be somewhat company-wide, although I've definitely observed teams with much more strained and stringent cultures.
