They seem like decent humans. That's literally the best I can do w/ positive feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comp is #1 reason I'm looking elsewhere. They cut ESPP, cut stock grants, make it tougher to achieve OTE etc.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Have treated customers terribly by bulldozing them with the new GTM model when it clearly wasn't ready, meanwhile gaslighting the (internal) staff about it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. I feel like I know what's going on. I feel like I understand the expectations. It's much easier (and much more enjoyable) to do my job because I don't have to chase down key information or go searching for feedback.
