It is clear that everyones goal is to have a clear and streamlined process, to ensure everyone can properly do their jobs. It is nice when everyone is working towards this goal, and makes it much easier to work with people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The learning opportunities. Since the product is constantly changing and coming up with new ways to automate things, it is nice being able to educate ourselves in these areas. These are things I can take with me throughout the rest of my life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
By hearing them speak, you can tell they believe in the company and are excited to work here. This then excites me to be the best I can be, because at the end of the day, we all have a stake in the company.
