Everyone wants what is best, and wants to help. Everyone works hard and also has fun. Working with my co-workers is one of the highlights of my job. :)

How personable they are; how committed they seem to be to people here at Smartsheet; how they seem to exude a unified set of morals and values; how much they want to see people and Smartsheet suceed; how they are realistic; how they have fun, and more :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a strong believe in doing what is right. Right for the customer, right for employees, and right for shareholders. Having this as an underlying thread to how I get work done inspires and motivates me, at the same time unifying groups of people around the same purpose.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my work isn't reflected in businesses plans, nor has my manager talked with me about my career trajectory, objectives, goals, etc. I would feel better about my compensation if we had an open discussion, looked at the numbers together, and set goals to get me there.
