I've been here a year and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Though the work is tough and comes in at a rapid pace, I love my job.

The level of transparency provided. It's refreshing!

Being challenged to solve large problems that have existed long before I arrived.

I feel that my management chain cares about me and my wellbeing. The offices and looks are awesome as well.

Honesty and transparency. I feel I know what's going on and what they value as people. That is important to me!

Everyone is very friendly and seems to be working well as a team. Lots of collaboration in trying to deliver the best we can for our customers.
