I haven't been working at Smartsheet long, but i feel so comfortable and at home. The leadership team is supportive and genuine and very approachable. My manager provides me with resources to be able to my role well and be successful. I've made friends and feel happy coming in everyday

The Australian team is great. We have a welcoming culture and it feels like a family

The autonomy my manager gives me to do my work. There is no micromanaging and i feel like theres common trust.

The leadership team is invested in employee satisfaction and career goals. During the pandemic leadership has kept us informed and communicated decisions well in advanced.

Everyone is genuinely kind and supportive. There is no passive aggressiveness. We seem to have common goals and work extremely well together to achieve them

Im in Australia and my team is based in the U.S. Even though theres a big time difference, the team never fails to connect and help when needed. Everyone is so supportive and wants the best for the team and the company.
